Cooling fan electrical?
 

The next issue is the small electrical fan at front of the radiator plugged in not working it is located low and to the left. I found to electrical plugs on right if I join them the fan works but keeps running after the ignition and key is out. Any ideas or diagrams on this system?

Before you proceed, be sure that there is a problem with the fan - as far as I am aware, the aux. cooling fan SHOULD run (sometimes but not all of the time) even after engine is killed and key is removed. it happens regularly to my car if I start it up and drive a short distance in the heat - the engine doesn't quite get hot enough for themostat to open fully so it runs a little warm and then when killed, the aux fan continues to run until the car has cooled sufficiently and then shuts itself off automatically - as opposed to longer drives where car get s up just past operating temp. (92-4C) and then then thermo opens all the way and coolant circulates and within 2 minutes, its back comfortably right at 90.

Correct, the circuit is designed to allow 'after cooling'. If the e-fan is 'on' when you shut the engine off the fan is designed to keep running until the coolant has cooled enough to open the thermo-switch.

The two plugs you found might be for the thermo-switch. Connecting them bypasses the switch....giving the same result as the switch closing from high coolant temperature.

Look for the thermo-switch (right side of radiator). Do you see any wires attached?

Thanks looking at the diagram the thermo switch in the bottom of radiator has two wires currently not connect to anything. Should this be connected to the other two wires I found on the other side of the radiator?
