Default Front upper control arm questions.

Some months ago I dismantled my front suspension. Now I have forgotten how to re- assemble - please help!
On the control arm assembly there are four washers with a raised section - see picture.
Q. Do these washers have the raised part on the outside or inside of the bush? And if they are on the outer, do I try to slip the washer under the bush rubber, or just leave it out?
Q. All four arms have different part numbers, so which part goes to the forward end, the one with bevelled bump stop lug, or the plain one?
Any help much appreciated - just a photo of a properly installed A arm may help.

Thanks itchyback!. I had loosely assembled them that way ready to be fitted. Your drawing is a lot clearer than the one I have for the front suspension.
Also I now believe the bevelled bump stop lug is at the forward end on both sides.
