Default how to check fuel pump diode pack

First tine user and owner of 1987 Jaguar xj6 111 and I think I blew the diode pack in the fuel pump circuit. I was trying to find a low amp drain on the battery. When I tried testing the fuel pump car was in n drive when it should have been in r or d. Now will not start. Is there away to test the diode pack?
