I found this promo cassette in my car. It touts the Series III as the total driving experience and uses classy positive words to describe the series III before laying the classical music on you. Thought it might be an interesting novelty to share.

This is an interesting window into what was relevant 30 years ago.

But in the context of today this drags. It would put me to sleep if I driving while I played it, or trying to do something else.

Of course, if I was driving I probably wouldn't be fiddling with all the buttons and features.

I have a similar one with the Van Den Plas wording

I have seen a red one on the internet, but don't know which model / variation it is for

I will run mine through the tape deck and see is the audio is the same

I had the fortune of coming across two of those tapes. I passed one on to another SIUI owner. He loaned it to another fanatic. He used it in a concourse. It impressed the judges. His car won, but, probably not because of the tape.


The other s my glove box. To me, and my challenged hearing, a curiousity.
But, with aids in both ears, kinda neat.


Like my other tunes, ***** Nelson, etc.
