Jaguar XJ sport 3.2 1995 Auto wont start
 

Hi all, Recently bought my first Jag and Im hoping its not a mistake. I do like a challenge so here goes..... The car itselfs looks fairly decent and straight however its a non runner due to a suspected immobilser fault. The previous owner was going to scrap but that would be a shame. I have recently tried to re-program the remote fob but some very contrasting advice through other forums has left me in a bit of a pickle and as yet nothing works. My plan is to check over full car today i.e. fuses, relays, looms etc then hopefully get the correct fob programming method and immobiliser reset procedure so I can get her running, then it will be time to start with the headlining, body work, drivers seat repair and wheels sorted then maybe have a Jaguar I can be proud of. If any of you have the correct method for my cars fob programming or immobiliser reset please feel free to share and I'll let you know how I get on. Many thanks in advance and I'll post back soon with some updates.
