Jaguar xj6 fuel/stalling question
New fuel pump, filter, alternator, batter, spark plugs, volt regulator.
I noticed my car acts funny after switching tanks a couple times when driving. Not too sure how to directly ask this question but can the changover tanks cause a problem with gas flooding the engine? The left tank causes no problems when just using the left. The right tank has gas but doesn't want to start up. Basically if there is a fault in the changeover system can this lead to any problems like stalling or the car not firing up. I do notice one tank becomes more full then what was actually put into the tank when filling up after switching a couple times.

How have you arrived at the conclusion that the engine is flooding?
What you have said here and other threads indicates you have problems with fuel tank solenoids (the electrically operated valves controlling fuel flow). Firstly with the one controlling fuel return and (maybe) a problem sending fuel forward (starvation rather than flooding).
You have been given the link to the diagnostic process a couple of times. Have you worked through that yet?
As one one my old workmates used to say , we can talk about this as much as we like, but sooner or later someone has to actually do something.
