Default Low speed blower and wipers

My wipers stopped working and I swore I read somewhere that #6 driver side USA 35A fuse controlled both wipers and some blower function...even though door card says 35A #6 "Wipers"

But now when I turn on Low blower speed nothing happens when I swear it used to run at low speed compared to high

Replaced fuse but no joy...found a good debug post about wipers dying but curious about the wiper/blower fuse statement. Di I imagine I read that??

Fuse 6 does relate to [at least some portion of] climate control function. But if any of the blower speeds are working I'm pretty sure #6 wouldn't be the culprit.

An easy place to start for blower speed problems in the blower relay pack behind the LH cheek panel of the console. Look for scorched and/or loose connections. The relay pack in four relays in a single black box. You'll recognize it easily when you pull the cheek panel

try a paper clip to jump the Test Wires towards the front of the relay.
