Need help timing 75 xj12

hi....
i just rip apart a 75 xj12 because i had no comperssion on cylinder 3.
i took off the head and found out that the valve seat fell down which
made the valve stick open. After i get the head back from the shop
i need to time it. i was woundering if you can help me.

thank you

The best way to do that job is with the factory tool to set the position of the camshafts before you remove a cylinder head, I think you need a camshaft setting gauge and a factory shop manual.

the thing is that i dont have that tool
and the head is already off...
