Question re Delanair Mk3 vacuum hose routing

I removed the left hand side blower motor on my SIII. In the process, I forgot to remove the blue hose that connects to the vacuum actuator on the side of the blower. So that hose came disconnected at the connection I’ve circled in blue on the diagram. My question is where is that connection located, somewhere under the dash or is it under the dash cap? I’ve spent some time looking up from the footwell but haven’t found where it should connect.

I took some photos of everything before i took anything apart and the blue hose can be seen headed upwards towards the dash cap. The diagram makes it look like the connection is down low at the same level as the blower motor but I don’r think that’s accurate. Before i pull the dash cap off i thought I’d ask here. Although this is a Mk3 system I assumed the hose routing would be similar to the Mk2.

For what it’s worth, removing the blower motor wasn’t bad. I expected to struggle with the left hand side due to the steering column, but it practically dropped down once I had the past bolt out which led to the blue hose coming with it.

if you remove the dash cap you can see where it connects to, if I remember correctly, to a "T" near the center vent connection.

thank you, that’s what i figured but didn’t want to pull the dash cap unless I needed to. Guess I can secure the defrost vents properly while in there and check the other hose connections. My center vent does open on max cool.

I hope that's it, if not then there is another T behind the blower case.

Noah,
Here's a couple of pics of that area in my S3. I don't know if you can make out what you're looking for, but it may help.
