Wires: Never had to fix one before, nor even taken close notice, but I think they're just soldered on. Others will chime in

Washers: Is the pump plugged in? It's at the bottom of the reservoir

windshield washer pump

i went ahead and checked the wiring. it is definately plugged in and tracked the wires. they head right underneath the fuse box under the hood.

maybe a bad relay? do you know where thats located

theres a pretty good chance itsprob a bad pump

So jump the pump and see if it runs. If it does, go to the back of the wiper switch and see if the circuit closes when you pull it towards the spray position.

No relay.

The light green wire to the pump should have 12v from fuse #11 with the key "on". The light green/black wire should show "ground" when the washer button is pushed.

If that checks out OK then, yes, you have a dead pump
