Subframe mount bushings.

Any ideas on how I ran remove the old, damaged subframe mount bushings on my 1987 xj6 and place in new ones...I just can't hammer them out...there're in there pretty good[:@]

never done it to mine but I think they need to be pressed in and out.

Are you talking about the round ones on the front subframe? You should be able to unbolt them and they just fall out, if I remember correctly.
