valve cover restoration of 1997 xj6

Is it possible to restore the valve cover of a 1997 XJ6? Please see photo
if you look carefully it looks like the valve cover has sustained some heat or am I mistaken?

anything is possible. Your car is a newer model X300 (1994 through 1997). you might try asking in the X300 forum.

this forum is for the Series 1, 2, and 3 body style XJ-6, 1968 thru 1987, and the V12 Series 3 through 1992 which shares the same body.
