so it's time for a new expansion coolant tank.
Which one to choose ?
On Ebay there is a MTC one. Without bolts.
is this one good? will my bolts fit without problems ?
Should I also replace the hoses seals ?
and last question: any procedure on how to replace it (DIY) ?

no problem 23yrs. Plastic nylon, no rust ever!

I've never had to buy one so I can't comment.

It just bolts into place....3 or 4 bolts.

Partially drain cooling system, disconnect hoses, unplug the coolant level sensor, remove bolts.

Might needs new hoses...almost certainly if you're still on the originals

My posting above assumes you have the later style plastic tank...roughly 1983-newer.

Prior to the brown plastic tank a steel tank was used, bolted to the LH wall of the engine bay.
