Also side note, would anyone know the process used on the inside of the wheel hub , aswell as how the centre hub is "painted" black or would anyone have a good link to some good paint fot it

Simple, lever off the retaining clips - most likely destrying them in the process. Buy new ones on ebay if you cannot find them anywhere else.
Your hub caps seem to have seen better days. They look like series 2 caps to me. I have 6 of these in better condition. Would be free to anyone who can pick them up. Unfortunately I do not believe we live near each other, but someone closer may offer caps at a similar price.

I find that with a pair of needle nose they will come off by gently pulling up and unscrewing. Just be careful as you can break the plastic stud if man-handling.

And... If you do break the stud, JB Weld does the trick. Ask me how I know?

Cheers , managed to get it off, as you said it broke the retaining clips :( , how much would a new set , set you back? A few parts of trim and that need rechroming , I thought it may have been more economical to do it my self , as there's no where local that can do it and a lot of local forms say to send it to England which can get pricey

yeah ... I found out the hard way... but jb weld does the stuff ? At least its only one stud :) ... I want to repaint the back center caps too, any idea what process was used or what paint to use?

Use the original JB Weld not the Quickset stuff if you want it to be long lasting. Not sure what you are trying to paint? Mine are chrome on the outside, paint on the inside. Seems to be a red primer.

I want to paint the black part , not sure how to restore the centre black bit

All I did was mask out what you didn't want painted and rattle can spray painted a semi-gloss black. Looks fine.
