This is strange, after putting in a couple of new LED bulb in the instrument panel on my 1991 XJS, when I put the panel back in, both left and right turn signals indicator lights on the panel stay on (steady not flashing) as soon as I start up the car. When I hit the turn signal to go left the right dash indicator flashes when I hit the left the right turn signal flashes. While flashing the other remains on steady. The external blinkers work normal, it is just the instrument panel that is acting strangely.

I took the instrument panel out of my 1988 XJS and put it in my1991 XJS and I get the same thing. I have checked the harness, and everything seems to be alright, What am I missing, or doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
