Default Fuel leak????

Hi guys, I need your help please
I have something leaking, I donīt have any idea of what it is. The trunk has a strong fuel smell when I open it, then it dissapear for a moment and when I close it, it starts to smell again 10 minutes later.
I touched the liquid and it did not smell like fuel. It feels like grease or something like that, maybe because it is so dirty I think, and it leave a stain on the floor, it is clearly black (SECOND PHOTO) so I do not think it is fuel.
It comes from a metal panel down the filter. (FIRST PHOTO). Is there a fuel line behind this metal panel?????? What I have to remove to replace it???????
