Help starting Jag
 

I have just recently purchased a Jag XJ-S V12 and am new to the world of Jags. When I picked up the car the old owner was boosting the car to try to get it to start. It was turning over fine so i told him to stop until I got it home and checked it over. When I got it home it wouldn't even turn over. All it would do was make a clicking noise. All the lights still were working though. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure the battery terminals are tight and the batttery has a full charge at least 12.5Volts. Even pay to put the battery on charge.

If these are ok then I would suspect the starter motor (I have replaced mine twice). But do the battery first.
