import from us to cda
Has anyone had any experience of importing a 3O year old XJS from US into cda .The car is already in Ontario Cda but it has Texas registration.I would appreciate any help in regards to the procedure.Brian

Most situations I know of involve cars that have not yet been physically imported into the country- they're still in the US and have not crossed the border. I'd contact Canada Customs and ask their advice on how best to do this cleanly. You will be liable for HST on the purchase but not duty IIRC.
