Jaguar Genuine Parts web site problems.

12/27/17

I don't know if I missed a notice from the Jag Parts site or what.
I can log in, but I can not open up any of the parts pages.

Does it close up for December?
I've tried getting into the parts pages and other areas at the site since
December 5, 2017.
The selected page just opens up and then closes.
I've tried Chrome, Explorer, Mozilla/Firefox, Opera and even FTP.
I've tried them with Cookies enbled, disabled and ADBlocker on and Off.

No luck.

I do not see any notices on the site about being closed for repairs
or whatnot.

Anyway, Happy New Year and POR - Press On Regardless

Bob

Have you cleared your browsers cache and cookies?

Woks just fine for me now on Firefox.

Hi!
I can get to the Jaguar Classic web page and I can even log into the site.
But when I select the XJS- VIN product page I get the categories for the parts
I want to browse. Then when I click on one, say the "Air and Fuel Delivery systems",
the page opens and then closes quickly.
I have an Apple system, several Android systems and several Windows systems, all
of which have the same symptoms.I have several types of browsers, Safari, Firefox, Explorer,
and Opera and they all exhibit the same behavior.
I have tried turning off the tracking and ad blocking settings and still get the same behavior.

web site url I'm using:
https://www.jaguarclassicparts.com/u...-v226645-parts

Regards,
Bob

Okay, Hold everything!
The web site just decided to give it up with a second menu to select from
after selecting the "Air and Fuel Delivery systems" menu.
Maybe I wasn't waiting long enough.
Anyway the secondary menus offer up the areas to browse the parts menus now.
Well, my motto, POR - Press On Regardless, does prove itself in this instance.

Thanks for putting up with my impatience.

Bob
