Yes, have thought about taking them off. They were on the car when I bought it 10 years ago. Have gotten use to them.

Thanks, I do enjoy the 6.0 liter cars. Have a buddy in Pittsburgh with a 96 XJ12 (6.0 liters) and its a pronominal car too. I bought this XJS in 2002 and drive it sparingly.
