Removal of smog equipment
In other threads members mention a kit to “replace the plugs” when the smog equipment is removed and an idler pulley for the belts. Where did you get the factory style plug kit I would use when i removed the smog system. Also , who did you order the idler pully from? I would like to clean up my engine compartment too.

The idler pulley will likely have to be sourced from the UK. Contact Simply Performance.

Bando 3430 belt goes from AC to crank pulley apparently, thus eliminating the need for a tensioner? As for the plugs I tapped them where the little pipes went in and inserted these set screws with jbweld etc, not show car perfect but it worked. You can buy a nice set where its all machined perfectly but they were way over priced.

I bought the plugs from someplace in England unfortunately I can't remember who but there has to be someone on here that can give you the contact info for a shop. es they were a bit pricey but it's the look I wanted so bit the bullet for the extra money.

FWIW, I simply tapped the holes and installed 'grub screws' from the local hardware store. I think I spent about $3.00

I tapped the holes and fitted button-head screws. The £110 cost of the caps is way more than you need to spend.

thank you
