I drove the jag off the trailer, around the block and parked it where it is now, two months ago. Since then we have changed the six freeze plugs under the exhaust manifolds, removed the air rail plumbing, changed the plugs, replaced all the fuel lines under the hood, replaced all of the coolant lines, replaced most of the vacuum lines, did the distributor modification, made and installed a new fuel injection harness and cleaned the gunk out of the valley.
Now I have five wires and two gadgets that I need to know what to do with. Can you help me out?

First pic-This wire comes out of the harness with the AC wires.

Second pic-These wires are the ones that were in the valley, one is for the right hand temp sensor I think but I'm not sure which wire. The other-I don't have a clue.

Third pic-These come from under the balance pipe. one is dark green the other is light green with a yellow stripe.

Last pic-I don't know what the blue thing is, it has wires plugged into it and a vacuum port, Where does it get it's vacuum? The round thing was hanging in a hole in the right side air box when we bought the car. Is that where it goes? In a grommet or is something missing?
