Wheel Torque Specs

I have a 1989 XJS and I am replacing the 15 inch wheels and tires with 18 inch wheels and tires. The wheels are alloy. What is the correct torque specifications for those lug nuts. Appreciate the help.

I would call a tire shop or a dealer and ask. I tried Alldata and found nothing.

Jaguar

S Type
2000-05
95 ft-lbs

All other models
1989-05
75 ft-lbs

Man that was hard to find!

The reason i knew I over torqued my factory wheels was that at 120+ the car was smooth as silk before my tire rotation. Then there was some vibration now. I have an Air Hammer here at home and must have over torqued it. I also have a very nice torque wrench so just for fun i will see what I had torqued those babies too.

Thanks Ken for the suggestions, Ken you have a nice website too! I checked it out!
