Where to find Fiber Optic?
 

I need to repair some broken fiber optic cables. I can find the filaments but I cannot seem to locate the terminals (see pictures)

Does anyone know the name of these terminals and where they can be bought?

I need the terminals and the proper crimping tool.

Good luck, I gave up and removed it, replaced with LEDs

Strip LEDs behind the AC controls I did have to modify them by cutting holes for the LED to shine through
