Default 09 / XKR Supercharge oil drain access

Guys,

Bought the kit to flush the X150 09/XKR supercharge kit and can't get easy access to the fill/drain plug,
Can the super charge hoses be easily removed to get access? Large coolant hose in the way as well.
I did replace the fuel pressure sensor so don't have to worry about that breaking.
Car has 61,000 miles.

Mike

Easy compared to what you had to do on the 5.0. I am wondering if the supercharge coolant hose removal is expected in order to get clean access.
I could not even get enough angle on the allen wrench to get align with the screw socket. Not to mention having space to ensure the plug doesn't get away from me once removed. Also two electrical connectors that would be best if out of the way..

You can check out my "4/2 S/C throttle body elbow removal advise" thread. One of the earlier pictures shows what it looks like with the S/C outlet pipe removed. You probably don't have t remove it, just have to move those hoses out of the way. As for the big elbow hose, not sure if you can get around it, but removing it would require a bit of work.
