Back from dealer, final visit under warranty update.

My Factory warranty ran out this month.
So I took the opportunity to have a few last things fixed.
1, Steering column lubed to prevent noise.
2, Rear tow links replaced, boots torn.
3, Replace both rear stabilizer links, boots torn.
4, replace both lower rear control arms, boots torn.
5, Replaced lower windscreen seal cowl assy, broken / not properly replaced.
when windshield replaced.
6, 4 wheel alingment
All the above covered by warranty.

oil and filter change $150.48

Since I had spun the car off the highway there was minor body work which they cleaned up which ended up taking 2 weeks during which time they gave me a brand new XJ as a courtesy car.
Although I've had issues with the dealer for problems caused they have always been very helpful and generous.

What happened to all those boots? Any reason they were all torn? How many miles on the car?

Guess, I will have to check mine, although I only have 7K miles on my '10 XKR.

If they are replacing a control arm they have to align the car.

Good final free service before you go it alone.

35,000 miles on the car, the rear stabilizer boots were torn at 23,500 (last December) but they changed the front by mistake and I didn't notice until I had reason to put her on the hoist again.
No reason given for why, I've asked Jaguar North America but they don't seem to understand the question as there only answer is I'm I happy with the service lol.
Yeah the alignment was because of removing the control arms.
