Default Back In A Jaguar

Like others that have posted about their search, after a year of looking for the right XKR we purchased this 2011 recently. It is our fourth Jag after an XJR, S-Type 4.0 and 67 E-Type FHC that I bought when we lived in the UK very close to Coventry (sigh, yes I know I should have never sold that one). I finally had a chance to drive the car for about an hour and was very surprised at how much fun the car is to drive, especially when the loud pedal is used aggressively. The car has 18K and appears to be well maintained with servicing, including oil changes, every two years. It spent most of its life in Arizona and Nevada, so I plan to get all the fluids changed (coolant, trans, brake, PS, diff and oil) in the next few months. And yes, it sits next to my 993 and took a space in the garage formerly occupied by a Porsche. Good to be back in a Jag.

And yes, that is a sheepskin rug in the garage. Our dog often rests or watches me from her spot on the rug as I tinker and clean...

Beautiful ride, and a friendly reminder that I have GOT to get off my duff and coat my garage floor this summer. Very tidy looking (it appeals bigly to my OCD).

He has been in the business of keeping his name talked about.

For you to be talking about him here in a Jaguar forum speaks more to his being a quick witted genius than being a moron.

He intentionally comes up with things like that because he knows people will talk about.

Attaching something like that to a message will have his detractors spread the message.

That is being smart to make the people who don't like you work for you.
