Best colors on XK/XKR
I' ready to pull the trigger on 2010+ XKR. Its personal taste, but some colors look better on certain cars than others........But what color? Black looks good, but I don't like. I'm gravitating toward the dark blue metallic, dark red metallic which are not easy to find. Not sure about the silver/grey ones. Definitely not white on these for me (my white XJ looks great.......)
Does the preferred color change on vert. vs/ coupe on these?
I know it can get stupid chasing some colors vs. others on these cars.

But in respect of a naturally aspirated pre 2000 Cabrio which I would love to get one day, then I would try for the ice blue or very light green sea mist colour. Both look absolutely lovely so stylish... mm....
I would not want a S/C cabrio, would prefer the NA XK8... to have the S/C Coupe and NA cabrio just seems right for me IMVHO.
🥰👍
been lusting for a black XKR with silver Trim Enhancement for Fender Vent and caramel / tan interior ... finally pulled the trigger this summer on a 2007 with 70k miles. couldn't be happier. but now lusting i think for the next one ... 2010 or 2011 XKR in BGR

Is the color Caviar purple? It really was nice. I don't know Jaguars well enough to know the exact model of the car. But now I want one!
This car was in great shape, looked new. An older lady, probably in her 70's, was driving it with the top down, with a vacuum cleaner in the front seat. Eccentric, I'd say.

To me the best color possible is one of the few British Racing green iteration Jaguar produced for the last 20 years.
The most beautiful being the extremly rare Emerald Fire Green.
I saw one, one day, it is just unforgetable ...saddly never found one to buy.
Second most beautiful is Botanical Green and luckily that's the color of mine.
A british car should always be considered British racing green + Tan,Fresh butter or Magnolia interior.
Other wise, Caviar brown is really a stunning color too .Greys and Blacks are good for germans...

But speaking of looking, I will repeat myself:
