FYI have apple 6 plus and it was working for 4 months paried and docked in the Jag then it stops working call ring in but you can't answer. Can't connect when calling out and dial tone does not come on although phone shows it connecting. Dealer says undock and also disconnect the phone setting which I did still not working dealer says bring it in . They do some checking and cannot get the system not to work. In checking the internet found out about issues with the i6 and i6plus working bluetooth in vehicles. Did a total reset of the phone not just disconnect. went back to dealer to pick up car and tech came out and we redid the pairing and docking and bingo all is well. Dealer said this has been an issue with i phone as they update the phone but it does not become in sinc with the vehicle so a total reset of the phone has to be done. Hope this helps if anyone is having or gets the same problem.

 

I gave up on iPhones sometime ago. Now using galaxy 6 edge with no problem

 

Like all computing devices smartphones should be rebooted occasionly. All you probably needed to do was power the iPhone off and on. I've seen this Bluetooth issue a few times and resolved it with a power off/on.
