cats system failure

2007 xkr 35,000 mi.. garage kept.
I was involved car accident may20th.. ( hit by a 17 yo flying out of his driveway in reverse)..
I was struck on passenger side damage rear quarter panel.. the accident caused the tire to snap off..disabling the car.. ( and breaking my heart).. .
I received the car back, 1 month later. All was well. 1 month ago noted, leaking rear oil....BACK to shop. All is well again.
Nov 15, go out to start car, won't start. Towed to house.
The lights all come on, the radio the works, the antenna goes up and down.. ect.. BUT IT WILL NOT START!!
There are Several Error messages
Displayed:
1.Cats System Fault
2. DSC not available
3. Parking Brake Fault
4. Limiter not Available
I already replaced battery, hoping based on some of these suggestions. . Would solve my problem.. IT DID NOT.
Any suggestions? ? Would be greatly appreciated. ..
I am unsure if it should go back to Repair shop.. ( authorized Jaguar repair shop)..
Or do I go to the dealer to lose my shirt?? Lol..
Thanks in advance..

I've had the very same situations a couple of times
1. ?? the many modules/solenoids aren't seated properly?? I've been caught here twice.
2. Operating voltage of battery is below spec.
3. Time for that complete 'refresh'. disengage battery, discharge entire electrical system, etc.

Though I suspect, the dealer would get to the route, efficiently.
Ive had much success by reserving a popping of veins and a vocal reminder of a disappointment of such occasions to the appropriate audience, LOL.
