Coolant leak - 2010 XK - How Do I remove this hose??

Hey Guys....

I have a 2010 Jaguar XK and I have developed a coolant leak. It seems to be coming from the hose that runs from the antifreeze tank to the radiator. This hard plastic hose splits near the front of the vehicle and attaches to 2 parts of the radiator, I think. One part attaches to the side of the radiator and the other to the front. I am replacing this hose tomorrow as I think it is worn out.

The hose on the side is easy to remove. All I have to do is push in the plastic tabs and the hose pulls straight out. The hose towards the front of the car, however, is more difficult to remove and I am not sure how to do it.

I have attached a couple pictures of the connection. It appears that there might be a plastic lock that slides on to hold the hoses together, but I would really like to hear from someone who might have replaced this themselves to make sure. I certainly don't want to break the connection and do more damage to the car.

Thanks in advance for your help!
