Default Detailed parts website

So my searches have not turned up a site that gets me a good parts breakdown for my 07 XKR. Who’s got one that really gets into the odd parts that make up our cars? I’m trying to find the under hood panel for an LHD car that sits between the coolant tank and the firewall. None of the sites I’ve found list it.

Try Forum sponsor SNG Barratt. You may need to speak with them to describe that part.

Actually, the part that cover piece attaches to. Nothing seems to show it. So far, I can't tell anything specific from Barratt's site. I'll call them tomorrow and see what we can come up with.

No, it's the piece that sit's under the top piece you listed. It separates the engine compartment from the horn and a couple of other small items. It creates a large empty space at the rear passenger (LHD) corner of the engine compartment.

Are you referring to the right side of the engine compartment just below the cowling? That’s where the cabin filter and windscreen washer fluid reservoir can be found. Perhaps a picture of yours with an arrow pointing to what you’re after?

Navigate from the link jahummer gave you in post #3 to the relevant section:

As I've only had the car a week and a half, I'm still learning where everything is. Given the amount of empty space this panel creates, there very well could be the cabin air filter there, as there's plenty of room for access. The top trim piece has 3 plastic screws that hold it to the top flanges of this part. The offending part is mounted perpendicular to the road surface, where as the top trim piece with the 3 attaching screws is mounted parallel to the road surface. I'll get a picture this evening and that should get everybody on the same page. I think it's the "lower extension" GGG mentioned, but the pictures are rather poor in showing it. The whole reason for looking to replace it is because somebody prior to my ownership broke one of the screw mounting tabs. I'd like to fix that issue without epoxy. I appreciate everybody's help!

Scrolling through Ranchero50's turtle thread, I found his picture of the panel I'm looking for.

The coolant tank has been removed in this picture. It's the panel to the left of where the coolant tank would be and has the tab sticking out at the top of the picture. Is this the previously mentioned "lower extension"?

Is it the horizontal cover panel I previously mentioned that hides the cabin filter cavity or is it the vertical divider between the expansion tank and cabin filter which the aforementioned cover panel would sit upon?

ja,

It's the vertical divider the cover sits on.

I reckon it may be quite a bit simpler to have a go at repairing what you already have. There are quite a few body parts which I have not managed to find on Jaguar parts list but which I have seen in collision centre parts catalogues.
