Google Assist coming this Spring via JBL LINK Drive
Interesting bit of tech forthcoming from JBL, scheduled to be released to the market in Spring for roughly $60. They call it the "LINK Drive", and it's essentially a voice activated device that pairs with your phone(s) to enable "OK Google" voice commands. The device will plug into the 12V outlet and also has a 2.1A USB charging port, and has two noise cancelling microphones built in to help block wind noise for us ragtop guys. Looks like an interesting add for those who would like to add a dash of tech to our rides.

Thats pretty cool. |
And in further news coming out of this year's CES (Consumer Electronics Show), it appears that Anker is offering their version of a Google Assist device for cars, similar to the aforementioned JBL. From what I can see, this one is $10 cheaper but lacks a USB charging outlet. At least we've got choices, folks.
