The correct forum for posting questions for your vehicle is the X150 forum.

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xk-xkr-x150-33/

The problem your having is most likely due to a LOW/WEAK battery. Give it a good charging and then reconnect.

I just happened upon this post by chance while bored and skulking in the X100 forum.
ANYWAY, the 2006+ X150 XK/Rs are very sensitive to Low Voltage situations.
What you will need to do is disconnect the negative battery lead and charge the battery with a GOOD battery charger for a full 24 hours. "Good" charger means a full-size one capable of at least 10 amps charging power, and that will vary the charge current and complete when the battery is full. Once done charging, the battery should have and maintain at least 12.6 Volts. If it is below that, you will need a replacement battery. If you DO get a new battery, CHARGE it fully BEFORE you install into the car, again, for 24 hours.
That SHOULD fix what ails ya.
A good number of X150 owners use a Battery Maintainer since these cars are usually driven a bit less than daily. Most of the time the maintainer is a CTEK brand. It will keep your battery up-to-snuff regardless of how long it is parked.

Welcome to the forum Rahul,

I've moved your question from X100 (1996-2006) to X150 (2006-2014)forum. This is the place to post technical questions about your model.

Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some information about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. In return you'll get a proper welcome and some useful advice about posting to the forum.

Battery must have a minimum of 12.6 volts across the terminals with the ignition in the OFF position for at least ten minutes.

If not, replace the battery, which is most likely still the original one that came with the vehicle.
