Commodity 3D printing could help make the mold. There is a special wax filament for metal molds.

"Lost Mold Casting" I'd suppose. Best way to make one.

Depends on how competent you are with a wrench

By memory the throttle body has to be removed in order to gain access to the plastic housing then Torx bits will be required .

It's quite a fiddly job definitely not like replacing a thermostat on a SBC

Valley pipes .......is what happened seems to be a common Jaguar thing
2 hoses and a couple of gaskets

Glad you have it resolved.

Did you change the water outlet and thermostat as well?

Yes I did. I'm starting to feel like what could go wrong next? anxiety feeling now lol
