I Had NavTool in my X100, Friday picked up X150 of course no rear view camera. Ordered NavTool for x150 last night got tracking number today. BTW on page 2 it shows working NavTool what all the fussing about

Here's the link (accessable by PC, not mobile phone): Find NavTool Authorized Dealer I tried entering a variety of zip codes, cities, and states within a 100 mile radius and got the same result every time - nothing. I even entered NavTool's mailing address, Staten Island NY 10314, and got nothing. So I decided to use their Live Chat feature NAVTOOL INC - Contact Us and that didn't work.

Probably a college student, that works out of his luxury apartment (funded by non-filled orders), and he's now on spring break.
amazing how many people have all of a single post yet they've become expert witnesses in support of Navtool. And a few of those aren't even able to properly spell the city they supposedly live in...
Just for kicks today I spent a couple minutes on their site trying to find a local dealer here in San Diego, there are none. So I then decided to use the webchat to inquire as to where I may be able to pick one up. I posted the following messages:
Me - I'm interested to know if you may have a dealer in or near San Diego as I'm interested in your product however your rating on BBB and various forums is anything but flattering
Them - I deal with over a million transactions each year of course there will always be a couple negative reviews
Me - I didn't ask you to defend your review I asked if there is anyplace where I can purchase your product nearby
Them - we only sell directly (which contradicts their site)
For those considering doing business with them I think this thread should prove to be quite the eye opener. For those sadly subjected to their obvious business practices, I truly feel for you.
Based upon your response either your having trouble with rating comprehension or English isn't your first language. Go back and reread you'll see my question was asking "where I could purchase it NOT for him to defend, especially as feebly as they tried, their reputation. Your attempt as somehow contending the F rating on BBB falls more than a bit short btw.
Lastly if I were to bet is eager the same person whom I chatted with at Navtool today is you.
Admin, I believe you have the ability to see the IP addresses of those who post... That being said I'd also wager at least a couple of those newbies backing the company are the very same person with different user names
Are posts ## 87, 88 ,89, 90, 92, and 95 all written by the same person using different screen names? All of them just joined, have similar personal profiles, and have posted only in this thread ... so is anyone else suspicious? Is jagia back from the dead?
Stuart you'd be correct. Stundy, pardon me, and likely others, for being more than a bit skeptical but I'm sure you'll have no problem pointing is to your supposed German forum with slow the Navtool users on there right?
