This is a2015 2016 jaguar ftype r exhaust that i purchased and had fitted for any 2007 to 2011 jaguar xkr. Had a professional fit to car. This uses factory 4 mounts points and exits in the same has factory quad tips do. This gives you all the snap cracle pop of the new f type r exhaust. Is uses factory vacum exhaust baffles. It is quiet at idle and cruise but really roars if get on it. Just to quiet for my liking. I will remove and pallet and ship. New mina on the way. This has the large intercooled factory ftype tips. I will cut the 2 main tubes 8in infront of the muffler so your shop can fit right below rear end. Thanks $800 plus shipping

Nice, but this should be posted in the 'classified' section (which I'm sure a moderator will do shortly).

How about some audio?

What does it look like from underneath. Do you happen to have a pic of that. I also thought the pop and bang of the F-Type was created by the engine programming and not the back box. I suspect the back box is pretty much the same as the PAE one.

If it's too quiet for you, you'll be disappointed in the Mina exhaust sound as I have it on my XKR, and it's not as aggressive sounding as the stock exhaust from Jaguar. I bought it from another forum member who removed it from his car after a very short time because of this.

I thought all of the backfiring on F-Type's was largely due to injectors programmed to spit a teeny amount of fuel on the overrun/off throttle?

When my 2012 XKR is cold (and as a result running richer until it warms up), it crackles a lot just like the F-Type. Once it's warmed up after about 3 mins of driving, it stops and only pops at 1500RPM every single time (as long as the exhaust valve is open).

Can you record a video for us? I'd be interested in the purchase, if so...

That's what I thought as well!

If you put an x pipe in you get quite a bit of crackling on overrun, but then it takes away the throbbiness of the exhaust.

If you like a loud exhaust on the 4.2, try the Paramount back section. It is epic.

Hey. You can pm me with your cell and I can send hd txt video. Updating pictures. It does pop and crack. Scaries my son. I wanted deep tone. This is very raspy. Sounds cool. VERY QUIET AT IDLE. My car has just x pipe and no resonator.

My car came with the performance active exhaust. I changed the back box over to the Mina system. It now has a deeper growl and roar under full acceleration and crackles is a subdued manner during overrun.

The factory f type twin pipes are 4 inchs overall wider. We reversed to inside and outside pipes and they exited perfectly. See attached. My video file will not upload.
