Parking Brake Actuator failure . . .

Parking Brake Actuator failure on 2010 XKR has me puzzled as to how to fix and where to buy the part.

Most online shops do not list a Parking Brake Actuator. Can it be purchased?
What is the replacement process? Easily accessed or not.

Any info is appreciated.

Part is $300-400 depending on VIN - You might want to calibrate it if you have not already tried. Google JTB00208NAS2 and it will tell you how. Parts.com or Pacific motors have used parts.
