08 xkr. I'm trying to get the door handle assembly off the RH door. I've got the visible screws removed, including the hidden screw, but can't see where to go from here. The manual isn't much help.
Does anybody have some insight on this?

looks like a fricken pain from GGG's write up. I have a lock issue and I bought a replacement but just have no interest in tackling the job. Glad you got it sorted.

 

Removing just the exterior door handle is straightforward but dismantling the speaker, capping, card and inner cover to get inside the door is a real pain. It seems to get more complicated with each successive model.
