TRIM CODE
Hello all.
I need some scuff paint / dye for my seats on my 2013 XKR. The dash and upper door trims are charcoal and the seats cream. The trim code is RGB ( Followed by FF ) ? Though I think RGB is the relevant code. I can't find any reference to that code in Jaguar leather dye suppliers. Can anybody help please ? ( I'm in the UK.) lease see photographs. Thank you. :) Please see photographs. https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.jag...04a4283ace.jpg https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.jag...ad066f9e33.jpg |

The trim code on my XK is also RGB and the build sheet describes it as Ivory. Better than the F-PACE which doesn't even have a trim code on the manufacturer's label.
However, I also can't find RGB code in any of the leather dye suppliers lists. The old code for Ivory was NED but this appears to be a noticeably different shade. Graham |

I thought Furniture Clinic did a colour match service but if so, it's disappeared from their website.

I suggest you find a matching paint sample card from your local paint shop. When you find a vendor who will color match a dye, send them the card as a color reference.

Thank you Graham. Exactly the same problem. Maybe there’s a company somebody could recommend that can match the colour ? But it would be nice to get one with the correct code wouldn’t it ? 🤔

I can recommend two as I have used their leather colourants with perfect results on many Jaguars: Color Plus whose colourant is Surflex, and Leatherique. Both use similar water based finishes, very easy to apply and extremely durable. The finished product is indistinguishable from the original Jaguar leather finish.
