It has always been my understanding that torque requirements relate mostly to the size of the stud/bolt. If your new wheel/spacer setup still uses the same or same size studs then torque will remain unchanged at 92 ft. #.

Perhaps we have an engineer or 2 who will call in on this?

Torque of 92lbs should be the same even if Powerhouse has to use the Tuner "Spline Drive" lug nuts.

I had to use the Spline Drive lugnuts on my car and tire/wheel shop torqued the nuts to OEM specs.

Any input from a torque "mechanical engineer" specialist is most welcome for his/her input regarding these posts.

This is correct. The relationship between torque applied and the resulting tension force is calculated:
T=cDF
Where Torque required = friction constant x Nominal Bolt Dia. x Bolt Tension required
Assumption ( Standard thread pitch and flank angle , rolled threads)

So bolt diameter and friction constant would be the possible changes. If diameter is the same and material of stud is same, you're good.

You can clean them BUT please don't put lube on the threads! and always use a torque wrench after any dealer/ tire shop visit............you will be amazed at the readings you get! Bloody impact wrenches............

Put my wheel spacers on today, will post pictures later as it is raining all day, so want to get some good shots. I put on H&R spacers 20mm on the front and 15mm on the rear. My after market wheels were the same et as the sentas that came on the car, front and rear. The rears are a bit out past the fender a bit but from the rear look just level with the side spats, have to say they look just right, as for the front 20mm was a good choice, they are just level with the arches. They make the car have a better stance. Did torque the nuts to 94lb to be on the safe side, went to tool shop and bought a new 1/2 drive sealey torque wrench.
Will get pics up asap.

For those of us in the USA, Harbor Freight has a great deal on a torque wrench - only $9.99 when on sale, which is quite often. I keep mine with my spare in my trunk.
