Oh so you want a bit of a laugh. Will oblige. Its crude but reversible, should someone have to do this when far away from home.

Installed my ghost shadow courtesy lights in the doors. No drilling and just a snap to install.....pun intended.

Rotated my tires, ya, everyone does that, but I did front and back left to right. Also checked brake pads, which have plenty of meat left at ~26K miles. Bushings looked good, too. Used Rancher's wooded ramp set, using wood I had hanging around for the most part so my little hydraulic jack could get under the car. All is good.

Hi Stuart (and all others offcourse),

Someone gave me the lights as a present. Ordered on Ali express (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Car-...72a64c4dXJYkhX) . Just installed them; very easy. Get out the old lights and connect the black connector to the new light and put it in the door again. Beware; if you disconnect the old light and put in the new it doesn't function. Just close the door and open it again and you've got light

Grtz Ben

Still look good and super easy. I am too **** to have the oblonged logo so I did the Drill-hole-install in the plastic panel at the bottom of the door.
Either way, still a good addition.

Just drove it around all day on my day off as fast as I could. Of course, in Manuel mode so I could hear the kitty ROAR....... these cars love the cold air!
God I love this car, then I put it back in the garage until the weather gets nice again. Tomorrow rain and snow then below zero temps. Ugh

Ralph, I agree those are easiest I've every installed and that is double for how great they look!
My wife asked why they shine so far out from the door. (vs the drilled type I had installed on the previous xk) I told her it was to impress everyone else not you getting in the car. lol
....the chuckle was only on my part BTW.

Default Takoba Wheels

Warmish day in PA so I installed my new (to me) 20” Takoba wheels with Michelin PS. Greatly improved handling over the original Carelia with BF Goodrich from PO. No TPMS messages. Happy day. Please excuse the dirty car...snow is melting and everything’s wet.

Sounds maybe like a calling for you to return back to your roots, and to get out of the low country !!

Hah! Not too likely at this point. I have lived in Louisiana for 28 years, which is almost half my life now. If I ever move, it will be somewhere else warm. But I have a great fondness and memories of the area that I spent my first 27 years.

NO!! Not a good idea. The tires, being two different sizes cannot be of course rotated front to rear.
HOWEVER They do wear directionaly, to rotate them side to side may cause handling problems at high speeds, even to the point of tire failure.

NOPE... incorrect. Just to be sure, I checked again with Michelin. For the XK, and my Michelin tires that are not directional, Michelin recommends side to side rotation. Now that is not the case for my directional M&S Michelins on another car.
