the passenger side window will never close properly. the dealer messed with my convertible top and after that when you try and close the window it goes all the up, hits the window seal and drops back down. in order to close the window you have to go all the way up, stop an inch or so before the top and tap the button a few time slowly to get it in there. go too fast and it drops back down. super annoying

i tried resetting the window but that didnt work. it is just hitting the seal. this will be the third attempt by the dealer to fix this problem. it doesn't seem to difficult. why is the dealer having so much trouble getting this window to work?
