Wrong forum. You need https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xk-xkr-x150-33/
Anyway, before you buy this, get a Pre-Purchase Inspection! A couple hundred quid, and you could avoid potential very costly problems. OR, the PPI could be the bit that convinces you to buy one of the best cars ever produced for the cost.
Yes, documentation of services could help, but not necessarily the whole story.
You're considering buying a 2014 XKR with 54,298 miles. Read this entire thread:

Rubber parts deteriorate over time, and eventually all the suspension bushings will need to be replaced. Most people believe that parts are expensive, which is true if you buy genuine Jaguar factory parts. But aftermarket parts can be a bargain, as many OEM Jaguar suspension and other parts are interchangeable with Ford parts.
l recently had my indie ASE Certified Master Technician replace all my front and rear suspension bushings at a cost of $1,200 plus labor. I had this done because my XKR is a keeper. I did not replace the original CATS shock absorbers, as they were still good. See: 2009 XKR Portfolio Convertible suspension replacement.

I always check the UK Gov MOT website to check car history.
Just checked this vehicle and its clear but has and advisory regarding front nearside wheel which you might want to check.
I paid for an engineer to check out my potential purchases and I'm very happy with my '09 N/A convertible.
Good luck

if you know someone with a good code reader or if it comes part of the inspection then great. every car I buy I will rock up with this if the colour in the sellers face changes then before its plugged in you know something is wrong. Have the belts, tensioners and water pump been replaced for example. Check for paint blisters, head lining and signs or drooping? It looks really nice though and love mine :-)
