Just got the car back today, and yes the XKR-S panels fit fine with no issues, didn't realize the bottom edge hangs down about an inch lower than the standard ones, effectively making the car lower to the ground. Overall it is a really good look, as they flare out a bit and lines are more defined and go straight down rather than curve under the car the end result is quite dramatic. Now to locate the XKR-S rear 3-piece valance/carbon diffuser. Unfortunately the car has to go back as one of the new wings has some alignment issues. Someday it will be done...

It is painted but would be much easier and about the same cost to just buy new ones. Removing them from the car wasn't too diffult but R&Ring the rubber from the aluminum took way too long and paint was a bit difficult too.

I've been trying to find a wrecked one to get the parts from but everyone I have found has already had those parts stripped.
There is a used carbon diffuser on eBay for around $1200.

OEM is going to run close to $4k but for about $600 Chris@Mina Gallery has a replica set with genuine carbon fiber.

I may very well speak to Chris @ Mina.

I have bought many items from Chris at Mina as his shop is only a few minutes from my house. I purchased the side skirts, front splitter, and various badges from him. He has since added new items that are different from those I have gotten. And remember, there are items he has or can still make that do not appear on the website, so it's best to call or email him with specific product questions. I had to replace the front splitter a while back, and though he doesn't catalogue it any longer, he still has the molds and was able to make it for me.
The rear bumper/diffuser was purchased from F/X Designs out of Chicago as I just liked something a little different from stock on the rear. Although, I did not like the black plastic honeycombed mesh that came with it, and purchased a couple of steel, wire-mesh grills to fill in the cut-outs from Chris at Mina.

Just a "heads up" that I purchased a bumper from a 2015 XKR that has the Blackpack/Speedpack diffuser from SNG Barratt at a very reasonable price ($400 with shipping). It arrived yesterday (two days after I ordered it) and it was as described.
Strangely enough, they relisted the pic they used for the bumper that they sent me but changed the text to say that the pic is "somewhat generic" and they have "a number of these."
I know you were looking for the R-S three piece version but I thought it might be worth a call/email. The same holds true for anyone who might be looking for the Blackpack/Speedpack diffuser.

Your car looks great, I like the boot spoiler better than the wing on my 2013 XKR-S. Which wheels are those and what are the sizes and offsets? Are you using spacers? Did you have the weight of the wheels? I've got the OE 20" Vulcans, which I don't love, and would like to have a second set of wheels for track day tires. BBS CH-R II wheels are sweet, but too expensive and only in 21" for Jaguar.

I actually love the XKR-S front, but find the boot wing too generic, I have the original R-S one fitted and feel it is best suited to the lines of the car.
