My 2006 XKR Coupe has this badge on the left rear panel. It is not a Victory Edition, but has the red Brembo brakes and drilled rotors indicative of the sports handling package.
Anyone have insight into this appellation? I did not see it referenced in the NA Jag brochure.

 

Given the MY of your XK it seems as if you have landed in the wrong Forum. This Forum is for X150s they run from MY 2007-2015 in the States. It looks like you belong in the XK8 (X100) forum which runs up to MY 2006 in the States. Perhaps a moderator will switch you over to the proper forum where you will have a much better chance of getting your question answered.

Brembos were on the XK8. I wish they stuck with them as they look better IMO.
