How to add the HORSEYS

Out of curiosity does anyone know if by chance the INTAKE MANIFOLDoff of a 1993 would be a direct fit for my 1992 xj6 sovereign. In pictures it theoretically looks like a direct fit with a lead entrance to bolt on a turbo or such going into the intake.....I recently purchased this 91 for a steal. It was a two owner car. Just an immaculate inside, and the car just wouldn't turn over. It sounded like it wanted too. It sounded pretty healthy. I payed less than a thousand USD. At any rate the fuel filter looked like it had never been changed and just for the hell of it changed the plugs, wires ignition coil. It probably didn't need the ignition coil. But what the hell. Anyhows drives great. I'm slowly going to be converting it into my ultimate dream car which it already is just not all the dressings. The first is the dynomat in every corner of the car, I'll be running six amplifiers , two 12s, two 6.5s, new standalone tweeters and six 4" 3-ways. New alternator and batteries as well as all new power wiring. That I have all pretty much ordered. I start install next week. After that comes performance . I already know all that's tero equipment isn't exactly making it lighter. But I just want it to perform to a better than average fun time for personal enjoyment. Any ideas or thoughts of anything anyone has done or thought about doing , I'm welcome to hear anything. I want to have fun with this project and learn as much as possible too. I'm going to be doing all the work myself .

Thanks , Aaron

One more correction ........

One more correction, I wrote 1992 sovereign. It is a 1991. I am walking and typing at the moment and some words are turning out goofy.

Aaron, I am a bit puzzled why you're posting about a '92 car on a forum for the Jaguar XK120, 140, 150, sports cars made from 1948-62. From what you say, the correct forum for your problem is the one for the XJ40 series of XJ saloons.

Hi
I'm sure you'll get a lot of help on the XJ40 forum. This is for the "squared-off" style cars from 1986-1994.
