Well they're weird. Not an air leak or they'd be high only at low revs instead of at high revs.

Bad MAF? Fuelling problem (blocked filter, failing pump, ...)? Maybe an exhaust issue?

There is a really good thread by RAZORBOY on the same problem you seam to be having..
Do a search and take a look
