Sooo..When I bought my cat it had a resonator delete. The sound difference was very mild. Wasnt happy. SO after visiting as multitude of exhaust shops and getting various ridiculous quotes I kind of gave up on a full exhaust..But I still try here and there. Along the way I picked up a mina rear muffler delete kit. NOW I HAVE SOUND@!@....People love the sound but to me it just seemed a bit to raunchy. I also have an xjr in which I was going to do a complete exhaust kit on however I ended up picking up an ademash back half at a great price. So this left me with two high flow cats, a dynomax ultraflow resonator and ultraflow mufflers. Today I stopped off at a shop figuring maybe I could look into getting an under axle setup made. After looking at it on a lift and looking at my car which is lowered.....I said noway....But I figured in the name of getting perhaps better sound quality (not performance) I could throw in that dynomax resonator and remove the two tiny mid resonators. Well Ive read from someone on this forum who was unhappy with this resonator So I had been hesitant. LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING...With the Mina Delete, stock cats and this resonator it sounds wonderful. A slight burble at idle and smooth revving when you gun it. SOOOOOOO much better then before. I wouldn't even bother throwing mufflers in as it be a waste of cash. Of course I have a completely crappy exhaust with the wonderful over axle crimp but at least now it sounds what id call refined. I unfortunately cant see myself risking the under axle at a huge cost and no one wants to attempt a full exhaust at a reasonable cost so I may just be stuck here. Cant see spending well over 1,000 for little to no HP. Anyway for those that were thinking of removing the stock resonators and mufflers this is a perfect substitution. It was the biggest two in two out one they had 2.5" and I believe may be a replacement for a Toyota tundra. Seen the part number used in that application. Get the 2.25 in and out remove at the very least the center and two rear resonators and enjoy. Ill try to get some good audio at some point. I just love it

Ill have to get under there. Basically its the new resonator, mina muffler delete and removal of the two small resonators. After driving it around as bit I love it. Especially under full throttle. With two mufflers it would probably be ultra smooth
