Does anyone have a contact with this seller?

I've ordered a right hand side seat hinge cover two times from them. Both times I've been sent the left hand side (it says on the inside of the part even LH). Each time I've had to return it at cost to me so now I'm into this part $20 ($50 part) and still don't have the part I need.

I've left messages to them via Ebay feedback with no response and finally gave negative feedback hoping that prompted a response - to no avail.

While $20 in return shipping isn't that much, it's the principle of the thing for sure. When people advertise a part and two times send the clearly wrong part, then charge for return shipping and don't respond to messages it's poor service and deserves to be called out.

I'd love the correct part, but more than that I'd really like someone from there to acknowledge they screwed up and own it.

I have no info on the seller, but interesting that you have to pay return shipping on incorrect goods from ebay in the US. Here in the UK, it would be a free return - presumably charged to the seller by ebay.

Wait, this can't be true!! It says in their advertising on tv that you get the right part guaranteed to fit every time. And we all know about the truth in advertising. TM

FleaBay has traditionally had extremely sh*tty reimbursement policies, although they have improved a bit over the years. Once I had a vendor ship me an empty box that was supposed to contain a transmission pump. Despite the fact that one could easily determine that my claim was valid by comparing the "claimed weight" of the box, versus the actual weight recorded by UPS, eBay said no dice. You must file a police report. I had to actually call the sheriff and have an officer dispatched, who was really cool about it. Long story short, I eventually got my money back.

My long-winded point is that, IF you paid via PayPal, and don't mind hassling with FleaBay's claims people, you should pursue reimbursement for your shipping and the cost of the incorrect part.
